Do you provide seasonal color?

Yes. We offer a two-rotation program and a three-rotation program. These programs include soil, plant material, fertilizer, mulch and ongoing care.

Why should I have mulch or pine straw on my property?

Mulch/Pine straw provides the following benefits for planting when done correctly: It helps to keep weeds in check, retains moisture in the soil and adds organic matter to the soil as it decays.

How about mulching/pine strawing annuals or perennials?

Mulch should be limited to 1"-2". Ideally a mulch compost mix would be a better choice. Unlike ornamentals, annuals and perennials like loose, tillable soil, so too much is not good.

What type of mulch do you sell and install and what is the cost?

We sell the following, from least expensive to most: Slash Pine Straw, Longleaf Pine Straw, Double Hammermill, Pine Bark, and Cedar. Pricing is based on site conditions and quantity. Bed preparation is extra.
